Our contributions and competences

  • Data collection:
    • acquisition of the highest number of human (3T, 7T) and animal (4.7T, 9.4T) research brain MRI scans per year in Germany
    • combined multichannel electrophysiological and behavioral data recorded in parallel
  • Data management, harmonization, standardization, comparability, reproducibility and analysis: involvement in multiple local (CBBS Imaging Platform) and national initiatives (GUFI, DZNE National Neuroimaging Network) 
  • Reference data generation: profound experience in acquiring and analyzing high-resolution reference imaging data
  • Linking research data and clinical data: local initiatives make clinical data available for research and exploit research data for enhancing the quality of clinical data (MedDigit)
