TA 4: Molecular and Cellular Neuroscience

Molecular and cellular neuroscience is dedicated to unraveling brain processes at the lowest organizational level – from single channel dynamics and molecular mobility of receptors to plastic changes of synapses and small networks.

In this TA, data typically consist of image stacks, some as time series, with (sub-)cellular resolution (most common is the usage of TIFF files for microscopy data).
